Potato Bread
Well, it wasn't till yesterday that i finally got around to defrosting my loaf of potato bread. We had it with dinner and it was, if i do say so myself, pretty darn good! Everyone seemed to like it, including my dad who is a real bread man and loves a good slice of bread. He is fussy though, but he loved this and hopes i will make it again. I plan to!

your potato bread did look great. wasn't it fun baking this? i had a blast though the sticky dough was daunting at first.
thanks for your info re corn syrup. i haven't done much serious baking before so i'm likely to ask for more tips on where to get stuff/supplies..

No, in the end my sister didn't get to try it, which was a pity. Oh well. Nest time she comes down i will bake it again. In fact. i baked it a second time the other day. Thanks for yo8ur messages.
